Moreover, I wanted to run free... free from the shackles of my seemingly ongoing battle against average minute miles; I wanted to just run...

Distance: 2.5 miles
Feeling: heavy to begin with which eased off as I ran.
Weather: grey but quite mild.
I bet Doris would be up for some parkour!
